The short version: Stack Tower does not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email or contacts. Your scores stay on your device. The game shows ads through Google AdMob, and Google may collect device information such as your advertising ID to serve and measure those ads.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Latokosero ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Stack Tower mobile game for Android (package com.latokosero.stack, the "Game") and this website. By using the Game you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we handle
Information you give us
The Game does not require registration and does not ask for personal information. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
Information stored on your device
Your high score, selected settings (such as sound) and game progress are saved locally on your device. This data is not sent to us, and it is removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
Information collected automatically by third parties
The Game uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob) to show ads. When ads are requested or shown, Google may automatically collect:
- Device identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID
- IP address, which may be used to estimate your approximate (not precise) location
- Device and network information, such as model, operating system version, language and carrier
- Ad interaction data, such as ad impressions and clicks
- Diagnostic and performance information, such as crash logs related to ad delivery
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, files, or other personal content.
3. Advertising
Stack Tower is free to play and supported by ads served by Google AdMob. Depending on your settings and region, ads may be personalized based on your interests or non-personalized based on general context.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the Game will ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown, using Google's consent tools. You can change your choice later from the Game's privacy settings, where available, or by reinstalling the Game.
Learn more about how Google uses information from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and in the Google Privacy Policy.
4. How information is used
- To run the Game and save your scores and settings on your device
- To show, limit the frequency of, and measure the performance of ads
- To detect fraud and abuse in advertising
- To respond to your messages and support requests
- To understand and fix technical issues and improve the Game
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only:
- With Google (AdMob and Google Play services) as described above, to provide ads and app distribution
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, us, or others
- As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply
6. Your choices
- Reset or delete your advertising ID: on Android, go to Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Settings → Google → Ads, depending on your device).
- Personalized ads: manage your preferences at My Ad Center.
- Play offline: the Game works without an internet connection. No ads are requested while you are offline.
- Delete local data: uninstall the Game or clear its storage in your device settings.
7. Data retention & security
We do not keep personal information on our own servers. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to respond and for our records. Data collected by Google is retained under Google's own policies. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children's privacy
The Game is suitable for all ages, but it is not specifically directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not hold personal information on our own servers, most requests are best handled through the controls in Section 6 or directly with Google. You may also contact us and we will help where we can. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
