1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Latokosero ("we", "us", "our") covering your use of the Stack Tower mobile game (the "Game") and this website. Our Privacy Policy also applies and forms part of these Terms.

2. License to play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the Game or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code, except where the law expressly allows it
• Use cheats, bots, exploits or modified versions of the Game
• Interfere with, block or manipulate ads, or generate fake ad impressions or clicks
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose

4. Advertising

The Game is free and supported by third-party advertising provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for any products, services or websites they link to. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.

5. Intellectual property

The Game and all related content, including its code, graphics, design, sounds, names and logos, are owned by Latokosero or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the Game, or any feature of it, at any time without notice. Some updates may be required to keep playing. Scores and settings are stored on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the Game or clear its data.

7. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Latokosero will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game will not exceed the amount you paid us to use it (if any). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

9. Termination

Your license ends automatically if you break these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to play after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
